Two doulas are better than one

Interested in working with me as your birth doula? I work as part of the birth team with Family Doulas of Ottawa, which means when you hire me, you get two doulas for the price of one package. Reach out and I'll walk you through how it all works.

• A team of two doulas (Nikki, and either Meghan or Keegan) on-call as soon as you hire us

• Two prenatal visits to your home, one with each doula, to get to know you and discuss expectations

• Evidence-based information and local resources available to you so you can make the choices you want for your birthing experience

• A group text and access to phone and email support to keep in touch with your doula team

• Physical, emotional and informational support throughout your labour and birth

• Two postpartum visits to debrief your birthing experience and assist with any infant care needs

• Phone, email and video postpartum support for 6 weeks to meet your specific needs
