Postpartum care is unique to each family! Some of the things that you can expect when you hire me include:

• A caring, calm and compassionate presence in your home

• Support with infant care: bathing, feeding, diapering, soothing, babywearing, sleep support

• Someone to talk to! Sometimes postpartum support is simply this - someone to talk to who gets it, without expectations.

• Help getting your home set up for your baby: setting up a safe bedsharing space, childproofing, organizing baby clothes

• Cooking, light cleaning, errands and laundry while baby is sleeping

• Sharing of evidence-based information and relevant local resources to support you in your transition and your postpartum experience

• Childcare/older sibling support while you connect with your newborn

• Postpartum support hours can also be purchased prenatally! I can come help you get things set up, cook freezer meals, and more!

• Availability: daytime and evening, 6am to 12am; 3 hour minimum shift

Pricing: $35/hour, with 10% discount offered if purchasing 40+ hours
